She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Ray Satterfield; and her parents, Rupert Dean Coates Sr. and Eva Coates Hagood. She is survived by: her children, Amy Wilkerson (Tony) of South Boston, VA and Charles Allen Satterfield (Misti) of Reidsville, NC; her grandchildren, Madyson (Dylan), Isabel Wilkerson of South Boston, VA and Blake Wilkerson of Blacksburg, VA.; and her brother Rupert Dean Coates Jr. (Linda) of Danville, VA.
