She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaynell Hanks Perkins and James Richard Bradley; and her siblings, Cindy Soyars (Aubrey) and Randy Bradley (Jean). She is survived by: her husband Bryan Lewis; her sons, Hunter Lewis and Ethan Lewis; her stepfather Johnny Perkins (Joan); her sister Serena Perkins; her nieces and nephews, Brandie Hawker (Kevin), Chelsey Kice (Peter), Angel Perkins, Jailynn Jones, Derrick Wyatt and James Bradley; and her close friends, Boots, Bella and Molly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Pentecostal Holiness Church building fund (1810 North Main Street Danville VA 24540) and Danville-Pittsylvania Cancer Association (223 Riverview Dr Suite J Danville VA 24541).
