We are sad to announce that, on March 4, 2023, at the age of 74, Rita Cook-Raynor of Danville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lewis Gregory and Mildred Barbour Gregory; her husband Bobby Glen Raynor; her son Stephen Lee Cook, Jr.; and her siblings, Cynthia Gregory, Codare G. Bullock and Jimmy Gregory.
She is survived by: her former husband Stephen Lee Cook, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Christy Cook; her grandson Jack Lee Cook; and her brothers, Jackie Gregory (Barbara) and Keith Gregory (Darlene).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be to Blairs Fire & Rescue or to a charity of your choice.
