With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Magrini Doggett of Danville, Virginia, born in Blackstone, Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Joseph Magrini and Althea Rich Magrini; her son Carl Leslie "Bootsie" Doggett, Jr.; and her brother William Magrini. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne D. Adcock (Tony) of Danville, VA and Mario Joseph "Joey" Doggett (Jennifer) of Danville, VA; her brother Richard Magrini (Tammy) of Greensboro, NC; her grandchildren, Josh Clark, Katherine Bishop (Jeff), Caleb Doggett, Dylan Kendrick and Sarah Grace Doggett; her great grandchild Jack Alan Bishop; and her close friend Dale Martin.
