She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Phelps and Emma Phelps; her husband Robert Lee Smithey; her children, Robert Wayne Smithey and Deborah Cundiff; and her siblings, Margie Booker, Fred, Dewey, Buddy and Bobby Phelps.
She is survived by: her son Tony Smithey (Diane); and her brother Jerry Phelps (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Phelps Family Cemetery.
