He was predeceased by: his brother Gerry Talbott; and his grandson Ryland James Talbott. He is survived by: his parents, Glennwood Watkins Talbott and LuRay Trout Talbott; his wife Carol Cassell Talbott; his children, Austin Talbott (Jill), Evan Talbott (Emily McGuire) and Amanda Talbott; his sister Lynn T. Mulherin; his grandson Ashton Talbott; and his brother-in-law Curtis Cassell (Scharlotte).
