He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Levi and Margaret Mildred Hillman; and his siblings, Stanley Hillman and Marjorie Fessler. He is survived by: his wife Sis Hillman; his sons, Robert Chad Hillman and Terence Scott Hillman; his sons-in-law, Frank Hillman and David Navarette; and his sister Mattie Lou Dumas of Leesburg, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
This lifelong legacy of service began in his early 20s when he was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel---a prestigious honor bestowed by the Governor in recognition of his outstanding character and contributions to the Commonwealth.
