He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Pierce Mitchell and Hazel Empress Powell Mitchell; his wife Rebecca Maxie Mitchell; and his brother Raymond Mitchell. He is survived by : his sons, Carlton Mitchell and Stanley Mitchell; and his pet Katie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
