He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Owens and Iva Dell Owens; his former wife Anne Owens; and his sister Libbey Lisenby. He is survived by: his wife Linda Owens; his sons, Jason Bailey (Sandy) and Neil Bailey (Amy); his grandchildren, Kayla Jones (Sam), Kyle Bailey (Rianna), Malia Johnson (Levi) and Jaycob Bailey; his great grandchildren, SJ, Rayne, Kaysen Jones and Johnson; his brother Tommy Owens (Jill); his pets, Little Bit, Tinker and Zeek; and also, Pop and Debbie Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to North Main Baptist Church, the Danville-Pittsylvania Cancer Association, or the Wounded Warrior Project.
