He was predeceased by: his parents, Welford Womack, Sr. and Elizabeth Jones Womack; his wife Martha Ann Niblett Womack; his son Darrell A. Womack; and his siblings, Goldie M. Divens and Welford C. Womack, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Theresa W. Giles of Martinsville, VA, Glenda "Brandy" Womack of Greensboro, NC and Teddy R. Womack of Axton, VA. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
