She is survived by: her children, Cyndi Parrish (Bob), Debbie Warren (Johnny), Alicia Crumpton and Barbara Smith (Eddie); her siblings, Barbara Freeman and Reed Kegley; and her granddaughters, Kaylee Crumpton, Lanie Crumpton and Allison Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
