He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Gosney Evans and Millard Blake Evans Jr.; and his brothers, Bobby Lee Evans and Larry Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cleatis Faye Sage Evans; his sons, Gregory Lynn Evans of Siler City, NC and Blake Todd Evans (Stephanie) of Siler City, NC; his sisters, Margaret Moore (John) and Lana Shelton (Buddy); his grandchildren, Matthew T. Evans (Heather), Brittany Blake Evans, Chelsey Michelle Evans and Zachary Sage Evans; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Evans, Caleb Evans, Blakely Sage Evans and Kennedy Blair Evans; and his close friends, Sam Carter and David Davis. He is also survived by family, especially his grand children and great grandchildren.
