Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ellis Moxley and Beulah Whitlow Moxley; and her brother Melvin Moxley. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Doris Moxley (Conroy); her niece Pattie Jo Moxley; her nephews, Tony Moxley and Scott Moxley; and her friend Bonnie Edison.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ancora Compassionate Care in Reidsville, North Carolina, specifically "The Gibson House".
