She is survived by: her husband John Powell; her daughter Crystal Wood; her siblings, Johnny Hutson, Connie Crane and Sheryl Hutson; and her grandchildren, Ray Eugene Whitley III and Olivia Grace Whitley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
