She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Woodrow Stroud and Earlean Ledford Stroud; her husband David Keith Williams, Sr.; and her son David Keith Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Conrad (Frank Laroue), Walter Williams (Francine) and Budd Williams (Hollie); and her brother Louis Stroud (Dian). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
