She was predeceased by: her stepfather David Duke (Pops); and her grandparents, Lucille, Grady Willis, Jack and Eunice Holley.

She is survived by: her mother Kathy Duke; her son Dale Holley; and her father Lawrence Holley. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
