She is survived by: her mother Ruby Moore Reese; her husband Charles Richard Carter Jr.; her daughters, Carey Walker (Corey) of Danville, VA, Carmen Coble (Dale) of Danville, VA and Courtney Carter of Danville, VA; her brothers, Tracy Reese (Greta) and Toby Reese (Holly); her grandchildren, Charles Richard Carter III (Abigail Hudson), Abigail Coble, Reed Coble, Nicole Walker, Sarah Walker, Chance Brumfield and Carter King; her great grandchild Charles Richard Carter IV; and her uncle Doyle "Buster" Moore (Janelle).
