He is survived by: his wife Sandra Berkhead; his children, Mary Beth Boles (Edward Hocking) and David Berkhead; his daughter-in-law Wendy Berkhead; his grandchildren, Laura Jeffries (Jason), Alyson Grimes, Jenna Lyn Grimes, Grace Berkhead, Jackson Berkhead and Stella Kate Berkhead; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and River Jeffries; his brother Richard Lyn Berkhead; his sister-in-law Bobbie Berkhead; his nephews, Richard "Rick" Berkhead, Michael "Mick" Berkhead and Wesley Berkhead; and his cousin Nan Simmons.
