He is survived by: his stepfather Joe Fore; his daughter April Mayhew (Timmy) of Danville, VA.; his stepdaughter Brittany Caudill (Matthew) of Morgantown; his son Kyle Lockett (Theo); his siblings, Lisa Martin (Steve) of Greenville, SC., Jennifer McCall of Easley, SC. and Steve Pruitt (Helen) of Greer, SC.; and his grandchildren, Kadence Mayhew, Makayla Mayhew and Weyland Caudill.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to New Testament Baptist Church Building Fund 691 Iris Lane, Danville, VA 24540.
