He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norma Jean Doss and Jerry Stevens. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Newman Stevens, II and Leslie Doss Stevens; his brother Collin B. Stevens (Casey Dinicola); his grandparents, Kenneth Doss and Betty Jean Stevens; his cousin Matt Tate; and his pets, Taz and Beans. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
