Kacel Witcher, Jr. of Martinsville, VA; his brothers, Milton Witcher of Axton, Carlton Witcher (Betty) of Axton and Kenneth Witcher of Woodbridge, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Erique Pool (Tiara) of Atlanta, GA, Jordan Lee of Charlotte, Jason Pool of Waynesboro, Ethan Pool of Blairs, Joshua Witcher of Martinsville, Virginia and Shiloh Witcher of Martinsville, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
