He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Harrelson Stowe; his daughter Katherine Diane Stowe; his stepchildren, Harold Collins and Wilma Arthur; his siblings, Major Stowe Jr., Carrington G. Stowe, Betty Warren and Nancy Stowe; his son Allen Wayne Stone; his stepdaughter Vickie Robinette Khasman; his brothers, Jim Stowe, Dennis Stowe and Troy Stowe; and his stepgranddaughter Ronda Starr. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
