She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Beth Jane Daniels Fuquay; her nephew Lee Fuquay; and her niece Raelyn Allen. She is survived by: her sister Penny Allen Borup; her significant other Daniel Garrett Fuquay; her daughters, Melissa Anne Fuquay (Chris), Lauren Fuquay Gardner (Dan), Whim, Berkley, Eve and Sage; her brother Leonard Allen; her siblings-in-law, Joseph Borup, James Fuquay, David Fuquay and Joyce Fuquay; her cousin Margaret Motley (Philip); Bass, Hardy and Ray. She is also survived by her husband, children, and sister.
