He is survived by: his wife Lisa Renee Phillips; his grandchildren, Kody Douglas Knowles (Amie), Dylan Hunter Mitchell (Nicole), Nicholas Connor Mitchell, Lindsey Brooke Mitchell, Adelina Marie Lancianese, Anthony Scott Lancianese, Victor Blaine Phillips III, Nolan Matthew Phillips and Blaine Monroe Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Colton Deane Knowles, Shafer Lancianese and Lincoln Lancianese.
