He is survived by: his wife Kathy Coles Pounds; his sons, Duane Cobbs (PaulaMertha) of Fairfield, CA and Isaac Cobbs of Norfolk, VA; and his granddaughter Glory Sophia Cobbs of Fairfield, CA. He is also survived by other relative and friends.
