He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Breeding and Stella Rose Breeding; his siblings, Wayne Breeding, Mick Breeding and Wilma Deel; and his brothers-in-law, Wilbert Rose and Stanley Foor.

He is survived by : his wife Darlene; his nephews, Jeffery Rose and Freddie Joe Breeding (April); his siblings, Lois Rose (Charles), Sally Nadene Walker (Dan), Luella Bartee (John), Darlene Miller (Barry), Fred Breeding (Pat), Raymond Breeding (Danie) and Rick Breeding (Audrey); and his siblings-in-law, Willard Deel, Kathy Breeding and Alma Breeding.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Honaker Funeral Home (4686 Redbud Hwy, Honaker, VA 24260). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
