It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Stearn (Dayton, Virginia), who passed away on March 19, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Charles Moyers and Alice Katherine "Kat" Hensley Stearn; his brother Charles "Hip" Stearn; and his niece Karen Dove Richardson. He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Kelley; his sister-in-law Ruth Irene Stearn (Ritchie); his sisters, Judy Dove (Larry) of Texas and Joyce Knicely of Lacey Springs; his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Stearn (Jeri) of Harrisonburg, Ronald Stearn of Harrisonburg, Melissa Holman (Sherrie) of Harrisonburg, Charles Braithwaite (Sherry) of Harrisonburg, Denise Spitler of Harrisonburg, Shannon, Crystal Knicely of Lacey Springs, David Dove of Texas and Vickie Dove of Virginia Beach; and his pet Dozer.
