He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Margie Marie Reedy Moubray; and his siblings, Peggy Sue Moubray, Larry Moubray and Willard Moubray.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Keith Moubray Jr. (Kim), Tracy Marie Borror (Kenny) and Casey Lynn Barb (Will); and his siblings, Carolyn Newman and Eugene Moubray. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
