Brenda Ann Snyder Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Brenda Ann Snyder of Dayton, Virginia. Brenda Ann, born on March 26, 1963, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Gibson, Sr. and Charlotte Louise Gibson (Garber); her husband Jeffery Allen "Catfish" Snyder; and her sister Vickie L. Gibson. She is survived by: her daughters, Lucretia Snyder and Vanessa Snyder; her niece Stephanie Shifflett (Thomas Shifflett Jr.); her brother John E. Gibson Jr. (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Mackenzie Snyder, Mason Snyder, Kylin May, Makayla Bly and Quincie Snyder.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
