He is survived by: his children, Denise Spitler, Charles Braithwaite (Sherry), Melissa Faye Holman (Sherrie), Ronald Lee Stearn and Jeffery Stearn (Jeri) of Harrisonburg; his close friends, Robert "Biggun" Vernon (Nancye) and Rodney Guyer (Kim); his grandchildren, Ashley Ritchie, Heather Kelly (Jonathon), Tabitha Crider (Ryan), Skyla Stearn, Zach Feaster (Emily), Lauren Shockey (Jake), Hunter Stearn, Lindsey Price (Jarrett), Mason Guyer (Robyn), Clay "Bucket" Guyer (Kaylee Hill), Charles Stearn, Thomas Ronald Stearn and Alice Stearn; his siblings, Lee Stearn (Deb), Joyce Knicely and Judy Dove (Larry); and his pet Dozer.
