He is survived by: his children, Wesley Cook (Kara) and Melissa Miller (Brent); his brothers, Timothy Cook and Tom Cook, Sr.; his caregiver Lorna; Marianda Shiplet, Hannah Pierce and Jimmy. He is also survived by two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
