He was predeceased by : his parents, Danny Loran Rice and Genevieve Delores Torres; his brother Dirk Paulson; and his mother-in-law JoAnn Nuckols. He is survived by : his children, Joel Rice, Jr., Brittany Rice, Patrick Rice, Alexandra Rice, Benjamin Rice and Amelia Rice; and his brother Mark Paulson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
