He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eye and Peggy Sheffer (Griffith); and his sister Cynthia Mabe. He is survived by: his children, DeAnna Smith (Jon), Devan Deeds (Keith) and Thomas "TJ" Eye, Jr. (Danielle); his grandchildren, Seneca Sampson, Draygen Deeds and Gabriel Smith; and his siblings, Roger Eye (Debbie), Danny Eye, Donnie Dove, Jr. (Alana), Randy Harman (Laura), Theresa Tutwiler (Paul) and Crystal Whetzel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
