He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Lincoln "Link" and Doris Raynes (Dove) of Virginia; and his brother Rick Raynes. He is survived by : his daughters, Jordan Raynes, Jessica Moubray and Stefanie Atkins; his fiancé Lynn Donald; his sister Pati Clemmer; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Raynes, Ryelea Moubray, Peyton Moubray, Jovie Atkins, Eden Atkins, Coralynn Lam and Linkynn Lam; and his nephew Ricky Raynes.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rockingham County Fire and Rescue.
