He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Todd (Andrea Harkins) of Portland, ME and Lisa (Roy Esquibel) of Chesapeake; his sister Katherine Lackey of Richmond; his grandsons, Logan and Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Oliff, David and Dennis Headley; and also, Madelyn Clevinger and Tom Hamilton of Urbanna.
