She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kelly and Ila Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Benny Vance; her children, David Vance (Charlotte) and Dasheia Vance of Charlottesville, Virginia; her siblings, Ronnie Kelly (Anita), Rita Burton of New Market and Mary Lou Gilbert of Eastanollee, Georgia; her grandchildren, Samantha Hibbitts, Nathan, David Vance, II and Andrew Vance; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Hibbitts, Carter Hibbitts and Kollyns Hibbitts.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel (348 Mc Clure St, Clintwood, VA 24228). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
