He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Mullins and Vivian Mullins; and his niece Kristen Nicole Woods. He is survived by: his sisters, Pam Mullins Woods (Larry), Gwyn Patterson (David) and Cindy Mullins Stanley. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews and host of other friends.
