He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Sr. Downs and Joyce Downs; his wife Debi Downs; and his son Leonard Scott Downs. He is survived by: his grandsons, Hayden Downs and Tristan Downs; and his siblings, Debra Harris (Raymond) and Richard Downs (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
