He was predeceased by: his brothers, Linwood William Edwards Jr. (Butch), Allen Edwards (Skip), Roger Edwards (Hollywood) and Aubrey Edwards; his siblings-in-law, Debra Edwards, Emily Edwards and Jeffery Brown; and his nephew Steve Edwards.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thelma Seay (Steve), Deborah Smith (Timmy), Elvis Edwards (Pam), Linda Brown, Betty Boswell (Timmy) and Billy Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hatcher Baptist Church (5 Gravel Hill Rd, Dillwyn, VA 23936).
