Pearl Leonard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearl Leonard of Dillwyn, Virginia, who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband David Randolph Leonard; her parents, Ruby Elizabeth Gormus and Elijah Walker Gormus; and her brothers, John Elijah Gormus and Wesley Gormus Sr. Pearl.

She is survived by: her daughter Tamara Green (Jon); her grandchildren, Chelsea Moore (James), Alexis Helton (Jordan), Wesley Green (Alyssa), Andrew Green (Jodie) and Kenneth Green (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Allen, Khloe, Paisleigh, Easton and Baylor; her fiancé Clinton Perry; her brother Ben Gormus (Alice); her sisters-in-law, Cecelia Gormus, Faye Spurlock and Ernestine Gormus; and her cousins, Patsy and Travis Ayers Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or Centra Hospice- Farmville.
