Moncure, Kathryn Moncure Chapman and Megan Moncure Wooten; and his grandchildren, Joseph Galeano, Emma Smith, Maggie Smith, Katie Smith, Jack Chapman, Bradley Chapman, Tyler Chapman and Keaton Wooten.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Hatcher Baptist Church (5 Gravel Hill Rd, Dillwyn, VA 23936).
