She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ford and Emma Grammer; her siblings, Mildred Hawkins, Louise Brooks, Shirley Millis, Edward and Hudson Ford; and her children, Harry, John Andrews, David Rathbone and Edith Jones (Dawson).

She is survived by: her husband Gordon Dawson (Ray); her children, Joe Dawson and Regena Goodman (Dawson); and her brothers, John Ford and Gerald Grammer. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, over 20 great grandchildren, and countless nieces and nephews.
