He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Wilkins and Estelle Horne Wilkins; and his brothers, Timothy, Donnie and Jason.
He is survived by: his children, McKensie Wilkins (Robyn) and Todd Wilkins (Sarah); his grandchildren, Braxton Martin, David Kane, George Kane and Taylor Kane; his siblings, Troy (Melissa), Cathy Kidd, Sissy Bailey and Tracy Harrison; and his girlfriend Carla Milot. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the WHF Ruritan Building (6928 Trinity Church Rd, Church Rd, VA 23833).
