Though Sylvia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Henry Osmundson, Sr. and Margaret Dewberry Osmundson; her husband Walter Rufus Massey, Jr.; and her brother Thomas Henry Osmundson, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Margaret Norwood; and her daughters, Tammy Buffkin (late Dave), Cindy Mackiewicz (Mitch) and Mary Herald (Timmy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
