Lynn Dorsett Barnes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Dorsett Barnes of Dolphin, Virginia, who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son William Barnes; her parents, John Dorsett and Marian Dorsett; her brother Steve Dorsett; and her father-in-law Charles Barnes.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Barnes; her son Jonathan Barnes (Jennifer); her granddaughters, Charlotte and Audrey Barnes; her mother-in-law Wilhelmina Barnes; and her niece Paige Gibbs.
