She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Brown and Juanita Brown; her husband Bob Ashby of Grundy, VA; her nephews, Shawn Smith and Patrick Smith (Sarah) of Richlands, VA.; and her great-niece Sheridan Smith (Joshua).
The family would ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Clearview Methodist Church in Richlands, VA.
