She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Adkins; her parents, Lilian Violet Kelley and James Edward Kelley; and her brother Melvin Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Jean Driver (Kevin), Norman "Wes" Arnold (Jennifer), Rodney Arnold (Ivy) and Kelly A Buttner (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Jeanette, Trey, Jarrett, Darren, Brandon, Erik, Chase, Kimberly, Noah and J. W.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; along with many blended extended family members, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Taylorsville Baptist Church (15415 Taylorsville Rd, Doswell, VA 23047). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the same location.
