He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Temple Pratt, Sr. and Elizabeth Whitman Pratt; and his wife Helen Jacqueline Porter Pratt. He is survived by: his son Andy Pratt (Allison); his grandchildren, Nathan and Anna Pratt; his brother Mark Pratt (Susan); his nephew Chris Pratt (Evie); his niece Sarah Pratt; and his friends, J. W. Bowman (Patricia), Jimbo Taylor (Debbie) and Buddy Blair. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
