We announce the death of Thomas Troy Barkley Jr. of Draper, Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Rae Asherbraner Barkley and Thomas Troy Barkley, Sr.; and his brother William "Bill" Asher Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Robin Jean Havens Barkley; his sons, Thomas Troy Barkley, III and Justin Ryan Barkley (Sabrina); and his granddaughters, Emma Grace Barkley and Abigail Rae Barkley.
