He is survived by: his wife Vivian Howerton Hall; his daughters, Krystal Phillips (Matthew) of Dry Fork, VA and Shannon Hall of Portland, OR; his brother Tom Hall (Melonie) of Burlington, NC; his grandchildren, Nolan Phillips, Blaine Phillips, Audrey Blackburn, Jane Johnson and Sarah Hill; his nephews, Travis Hall, Jason Hall and Paden Hall; and his niece Laura Hall.
